Mike Brown:I’m hungry to keep the title - Mike Brown: Peleare de Pie ante Jose Aldo

At November 18, Mike Brown goes toe to toe with the knockout artist Jose Aldo to defend his WEC featherweight title. Two weeks before the fight, the American Top Team talent spoke with TATAME.com about the fight, promising a great show and showing a lot of respect for the contender.



“I’m sure he’s training very hard and hungry for the title, but I’m hungry to keep the title. It’s gonna be a great battle between me and Aldo, no doubt”, Brown said, ready for the fight. “I can fight tomorrow. I was ready two weeks ago to the fight”.



About the strategy, Mike doesn’t promises surprises. “My plan for every fight is the same, try to hit him hard on the feet. I don’t play around on the feet, I punch very hard. That’s my game, try to hurt him”, the champion said, promising the same strategy he used to win four fights at WEC. ”Nothing fancy, I won’t try to take him to the ground, fight on top, simple”. Expecting a great fight, the American said he thinks it’ll be a stand up war.



“I think he’s the best guy out there, it’s a good challenge and it’s a fight all the fans want to see. It’s gonna be a huge fight, there’s only way to know how’s the fight is gonna be, and it’s fighting”, Mike said, comparing him to the former WEC champion, defeated by him twice. “He’s probably the best striker that I have fought in WEC… Urijah has better Wrestling, but he has better stand up. I’ve fought good stand up guys in the past, it’s just another great fighter”.

el titulo de la entrevista por que personalmente me parece muy importante esta declaracion.

El 18 de Noviembre,el estado unidense Matt Brown pondra en juego su cinturon de campeon
de WEC por tercera vez en su carrera y se enfrentara al brasileño Jose Aldo.

Con poco mas de dos semanas para que se de esta interesantisima lucha Brown promete
calentar el WEC 44,el campeon hablo con TATAME por telefono con el respeto suficiente.

Matt Brown: Estoy seguro que Aldo esta entrenando muy duro y tiene sed
por conseguir el cinturon,pero yo estoy tambien muy ansioso por mantenerlo,estoy seguro que
sera una gran batalla entre nosotros..

Recordar que Matt Brown esta invicto desde hace 4 años y acumula nada mas y nada menos
que 10 victorias consecutivas.

Brown: Yo podria luchar mañana mismo estoy preparado y listo desde hace
dos semanas.Mi plan sera el mismo durante toda la lucha,tratar de golpearle fuerte de pie,este
es mi plan asi de sencillo,tartare de hacele daño peleando de pie,NO voy a correr y tratar de
derribarlo,voy a luchar de pie asi de sencillo.

Sin duda la pelea sera uno de los mayores retos de Matt Brown en su carrera,despues de hacerse
con el cinturon venciendo a Faber y volviendo a pelear con el en una revancha donde volvio a salir
victorioso.

Matt Brown:" Creo que esta es la pelea que todos los fans querian ver,estoy seguro
que sera una lucha increible y la unica manera de saber quien es mejor"

Respecto a la comparacion que hace Brown de Aldo con su antiguo contrincante Faber,Matt hace
estas declaraciones:

"Faber tiene mejor lucha libre,pero Jose Aldo es sin duda elmejor Striker que
hay en WEC,Aldo es uno es uno de los mejores peleadores de pie del mundo pero no tendre
problemas porque ya me enfrente a buenos Strikers y los derrote"
