The guy just got his face smashed in by Brett Rogers. Do you know what Brock or [UFC heavyweights] Frank Mir and Cain Velasquez would do to Brett Rogers? It’s time to bring [Fedor] in, to see Brock Lesnar smash his head.”

UFC President Dana White has some unkind words for the CBS broadcast of “Saturday Night Fights.” The event featured a main event of Brett Rogers taking on Fedor Emelianenko and while “The Grim” was hanging tough, ultimately fell to an overhand right from the “Last Emperor.” White was not impressed with either fighter, claiming Zuffa champ Brock Lesnar would “smash” the Russian — and also suggesting fellow heavyweights Frank Mir and Cain Velasquez would do likewise against Brett Rogers. Anyone want to take a guess at the outcome of Strikeforce putting their top three heavyweights against the three best 265-pounders the UFC has to offer?

Irritado con el éxito de la crítica y el público del último StriKeforce, Dana White, presidente del UFC, provocó a la principal estrella del evento rival.

Según Dana, el ruso Fedor Emelianenko, nombre más temido del MMA moderno, tendría la cabeza “masacrada” si se encarara al campeón peso-pesado del UFC, Brock Lesnar.

Palabras de Dana, según la prensa americana:

“Ese peleador tuvo su cara masacrada por Brett Rogers (el último sábado por el StrikeForce). Usted sabe lo que Brock, Frank Mir o Cain Velasquez podrían hacer contra Brett Rogers? Es tiempo de traer ese peleador (Fedor) aquí, para ver a Brock Lesnar amasacrar la cabeza de él“, afirmó el presidente.

Fedor, sin embargo, tiene una visión diferente sobre la lucha del sábado pasado. A pesar de haber tenido la nariz quebrada, el ruso cree que no pasó por problemas en ningún momento del combate.
