Brock Lesnar hospitalised after suffering from “serious health issues” - Brock Lesnar Nuevamente Hospitalizado por Problemas de Salud

UFC President, Dana White last night stunned the press at the post fight press conference when he revealed UFC heavyweight champion, Brock Lesnar has developed complications to his mono illness during a trip to Canada and has been hospitalised as a result.

Speaking backstage at UFC 105, Dana said:

“He’s in rough shape, he’s in really bad shape. He is not well and he is not getting any better. He’s very, very sick and he’s going to be out for a while. He’s got a lot of problems. ... He’s got mono and he’s got something else wrong with him. I know what's wrong with him, he just doesn’t want me talking about it. He doesn’t have cancer or AIDS or anything like this, (but) he's got some problems, man. He dropped up there and had to go to hospital.... He’s not going to be getting well any time soon.”

Dana went on to reveal the promotion may decide to create an interim title or even strip Lesnar of the title depending on how the next few weeks pan out. With an ever growing injury list this is certainly bad news for the UFC and fans of the sport.

Presidente de UFC, Dana White anoche sorprendió a la prensa en la conferencia de prensa posterior a la lucha cuando reveló el campeón peso pesado de UFC, Brock Lesnar ha desarrollado complicaciones de su enfermedad mono durante un viaje a Canadá y ha sido hospitalizado como consecuencia de ello.

Hablando entre bastidores en 105 UFC, Dana dijo:

"Está en forma aproximada, está en muy mala forma. Él no está bien y que no ha mejorado nada. Es muy, muy enfermo y va a estar fuera durante un tiempo. Tiene un montón de problemas. ... Tiene mono y que tiene algo de malo en él. Yo sé lo que está mal con él, simplemente no me quiere hablar de ello. Él no tiene cáncer o el SIDA o algo así, (pero) él tiene algunos problemas, hombre. Dejó allí y tenía que ir al hospital .... No va a ponerse bien en el corto plazo. "

Dana fue a revelar la promoción podrá decidir la creación de un título provisional o incluso tira Lesnar el título en función de cómo las próximas semanas resultan. Con una creciente lista de lesionados este es sin duda una mala noticia para el UFC y los aficionados de este deporte.
